Custom-made Lehengas can only be returned in cases of defects or incorrect delivery. Review all details before confirming your order.

If the item is defective or damaged, contact us within 7 days with photos and details. Our team will guide you for the return.
3. Refunds
Once received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-14 business days.
4. Non-Returnable Items
- Custom Lehengas (unless defective)
- Used, washed, or altered items
- Accessories and gifts included with orders
5. Shipping Costs
Return shipping is customer’s responsibility except for defective or wrong items. Sunhari covers shipping for replacements or exchanges.
